Was fine for nearly 5 years, then a few months ago I changed to a new phone, it stopped sending me notifications when lunch money runs low. Ive checked the permissions etc on my apps settings and everything was off, I turned them on, it worked once, now doesn't (though permissions are still set to "allowed"). The app itself has no settings that I can find.

I'm sorry you're no longer receiving low balance reminders for lunch money. It's the school who control the sending of these notifications so please check with them that they still do this. If they do, logging out of the app and in again should resolve the issue.

There are some UX issues in this app that really need addressing: 1. When I'm making a school lunch purchase, it treats all the days I've chosen a meal as one block booking that needs to be paid in its entirety. It won't just book it and take the money off what is already held one day at a time. 2. I can't empty the basket, unless I log out and log back in. 3. If I try to highlight a word in a message the highlight is the exact same colour as the speech bubble, meaning it's invisible.

Thank you for your feedback. 1) When you confirm the booking the amount you need to pay will take into account the existing balance - please advise if this is not the case. 2) Swiping left will delete items in the basket. 3) We will bear this in mind for future updates.

I can't even get on to the app, it just keeps buffering . I'm already logged into the app, I've been on it many times, but for the last couple months I can't get on. I'll get notifications from the school, click on them , then it just keeps buffering. I've also tried clearing cache but to no joy .

I'm sorry you're having problems with getting onto the app. Were you logged into the app and trying to open the app or were you logging into the app? UPDATE: Please try logging out of the app, uninstalling the app and re-installing it. If this still doesn't work, please ask your school to contact our support team who will look into the matter.
